Following a jury trial, thurman was acquitted of kidnapping, but convicted of the lesserincluded offense of first degree false imprisonment. thurman was also convicted of first degree sexual assault, second degree assault, and two counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony. thurman was sentenced to terms of imprisonment totaling 51 to 70 years. thurman appeals. We moved this case to our docket pursuant to our authority to regulate the dockets of this court and the Nebraska Court of Appeals. We affirm thurmans convictions and sentences.
